Shipping, Exchanges & Refunds

We currently use USPS for shipping orders. All orders ship within 5-7 business days, or as otherwise stated.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as it ships so that you can stalk your mail carrier. ☻
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Contact your local postal service and they will be able to assist you.
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
- Condition Requirements: Items must be in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that do not meet criteria.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
To initiate an exchange, please use "contact" section of shop and include your order number and items you wish to exchange.
Refund Policy:
Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy:
- Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 5 days of receiving the item. In such cases, a replacement will be provided.
- Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please
use the "contact" section of shop and include your order number and item(s) affected for a possible refund or exchange. - Incomplete Service (applicable to custom orders only): If a purchased service is not fully delivered or does not meet the predefined criteria as advertised, a partial or full refund may be considered.
